I enjoy the fun and creative art of painting in acrylics on wrapped canvas. I gather my ideas from nature and the beautiful Santa Cruz town we live in. I especially like the harbor life. I like to mix the paints with textured gels and seed beads and use sgraffito to add some depth and layering. My art is brightly colored, happy and impressionistic.
I am a member of several art leagues around Santa Cruz county and in Saratoga. You can find my work in galleries and stores on both sides of the hill.
I am also a children’s book author. I wrote and illustrated the book Rambling Squirrel.
