SCMAC ceramic artists are getting fired up for the upcoming exhibit, Fired & Fiber with a Ceramic Seconds Sale on First Friday, May 1. They are also fired up to support youth in need to attend our Summer Art Program by pledging proceeds from the sale to our Scholarship Fundraiser.
We always say potters are picky people. As evidence, these are pots they consider “seconds” or imperfect. But, though they may not have turned out exactly the way the artist intended, they might be just perfect for you. And we guarantee you won’t find a better price on handmade art. So stop by and pick up a deal or two, find out about our upcoming classes, tour our studio, and meet our artists. After all, they donated all this beautiful work to help support youth Scholarships. They may be picky, but they’re very generous.
