On September 24, 2025, Wild Roots grocery stores in Felton and Boulder Creek sponsored their much-anticipated Community Day, wherein they generously donated 5% of the day’s sales to SCMAC. This annual event not only fosters a sense of community spirit but also brings a major boost to our Youth Scholarship Fund, enabling us to support and empower disadvantaged local youth to explore art making through the spring of 2026.
The turnout was impressive, as many community members came out to shop, knowing their contributions would make a difference. As a result, we are thrilled to announce that we received a total of $2,538.89 from the day, reinforcing the importance of collective efforts in making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals in our area.
