Let your creative soul come out to play. This class offers creative inspiration for artists and aspiring artists of all skill levels. If you want the biggest boost for your art, take Painting on Wednesday and Mixed Media on Thursday. Liberate and expand the boundaries of your art by exploring the range of media available for painting and drawing. Approach the relationship between drawing and painting dynamically and experiment with a variety of techniques and materials. Students may choose to work in wet or dry media such as charcoal, graphite, colored pencil, ink, watercolor, acrylic, gouache, pastel, collage and found objects. While subject matter is suggested, students may work on projects that they conceive independently.
